RUNCIMAN CHRISTMAS RECEPTION SET FOR DECEMBER

BROCKVILLE _ Bob Runciman
will be welcoming guests to his annual Christmas
reception on Sunday, December 12 at the Quality
Inn/Royal Brock Hotel as not only the MPP for
Leeds-Grenville but as Leader of the Official
Opposition. The gathering runs from 3 to 5 p.m.
The informal reception allows Runciman and
his wife Jeannette an opportunity to greet constituents
during the holiday season.
Special guest at the reception will be Lowell
Green, the controversial talk show host of CFRA
in Ottawa. Green was scheduled to attend last
year but missed because of a scheduling foul-up.
He has promised that won’t happen again.
As usual, the Bruce Ker quartet will be providing
the music and Santa Claus is scheduled to make
a visit.
Everyone is invited to attend.
